Return & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations:

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
